DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes we do, including bespoke furnture and constructions however all our products have a lead time of a few weeks to manufacture. If you have a special project please contact us directly and we would love to discuss your needs.Head over to our CUSTOM page to find out more
DO YOU TRACK YOUR MATERIALS?
Yes! all our items come with a unique ID number which provides information about the waste that the items are made of. This way, we can track the waste through it's life cycle.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can pay with credit cards, Paypal or bank transfer. Contct us if you would like to pay by bank transfer.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items that are made from recycled materials, are bound to have some (perfect) imperfections! Small faults are not considered a reason to return an item. If you are still not happy with your item, please contact us.
